I bagged netflix a long time ago - I can't even imagine how over-crowded it is now.
I do the blockbuster club - they can be slow, but I get 2 free instore rents a month, so if they have anything left in the store, I'm all set. Twice.

no problems here with netflix.
quality movies. great selection. excellent customer care. only 1 disk scratchd to the point of unplayable so far.

I figured out you have to watch out for their member rating system. I've been duped a few times by members rating stuff 4.25-5 stars. Paris Texas-4 stars? I give it 1 at best, boooooring.
and last night we watched "Some Kind Of Monster"-4.5 stars? 2.5-3 tops. Whiney millionaire bitchfest. (Although Lars selling his Basquiat brought a single tear to my eye).
