    i actually really like to make rhubarb yogurt, too, with just a little sugar cooked down with chopped rhubarb and a little water. then just stir it into plain yogurt. it goes well with indian food to kind of cut the spice.

    (we did a certain diet for a while and since rhubarb's a vegetable, you were allowed to have it. i exploited that fact. a lot.)
