    It doesn't do anything, right. It doesn't show you that it's saved, but it is. Just open up an image programe like photoshop and hit Ctrl-V.

    When you hit printscreen it is stored in your memory, and the next time you use the paste command (ctrl+V) it will squirt it out.

    i use Alt+Print Screen (at the same time). it saves it to this magical thing called the clipboard. when you open a graphics application and press Ctrl+v, it pastes the screenshot into a new file in that application.
