    yeah, that toynbee tile documentary was pretty amazing. it was a cool little mystery. hopefully people who've seen the documentary are leaving the guy who made the original tiles alone.

    I just watched "Seven Dumpsters and a Corpse" on Netflix... it was really good... it was funny, a bit tragic and interesting... about two brothers cleaning out their mothers apartment that she died in...

    I just saw "Searching For Sugar Man" in the theater last weekend and really liked it. It's about a singer-songwriter from Detroit, whose first album sold barely anything when it was released in 1970....until an American tourist took her copy to South Africa, where it ended up selling at least half a million copies. He saw none of the money, went back to his construction job and had no idea that he was hugely popular somewhere in the world for 28 years.
