    1. I was never pissed off. This has been fun. Kami, douche that you are, you have been fun.
    2. I had a website before you stopped shitting in your diapers, kamipoo. And it was almost as stupid as yours!
    3. For a smart guy who knows everything, who'd gone on for 50 pages of fuckaround, I had you feeling bad for diesel with a couple of words and your stupid pic of otherandy. Not bad for an old fart.
    4. If your design and art skills, along with shitstarter and a prescription drug addiction are what passes for 'the future'....have at it.

This is a community of artists and printers who for the most part really celebrate each others successes and who are very willing to help the less experienced. You can find design guidance, business sense, printing help, marketing know-how... Instead you chose to start by attacking Diesel and me, and then went on to insult everyone here while spare changing for money or demanding donations to your ill-concieved Kickstarter.

    You drew first blood, dude.
These two comments sum up exactly why this thread went the (admittedly entertaining) direction it did. Kamiblue, you could have lurked here first for a bit or and got an understanding of how things work in this community, made a humble entrance, got in touch directly with other artists/printers for advice on how to go about this kind of thing, made some friends, and indeed learned a lot about the world of posters and art prints. Instead you treated this website and its users like an ATM machine full of idiots whose only problem is that we apparently have no knowledge of art history. The fact is that many of us have extensive knowledge of art history. There are some people on this forum who are world renowned artists. Many of us make a living by designing, illustrating, and printing. You were in over your head from the start, and instead of realizing that and trying to learn something, you ruthlessly clung to the baseless assertion that gigposters.com needed a lesson in art history (in this case, a slightly more sophisticated version of "You're just jealous!"). Us posting pictures of cats and tanks and making other non sequiturs is more or less this forum telling you that we weren't taking you or your academia shtick seriously.
Believe it or not, we're nice people. Many of us know one another outside of our computer screens. You could have gotten a lot of great advice, critique, ideas, and a better understanding of how this stuff works had you not vehemently refused to see things in any way other than your own.

    I still love this thread.

You'd honestly have more luck selling simple, type-based prints featuring pull quotes from the discussion here than you would your 'jazz junkies'. Not your quotes, of course.

Like your websites links when you have to explain someone's nickname it's totally ineffective and stupid.

Next month or maybe april I'm gonna release my own set of jazz junkies posters. Im gonna pay diesel fuel prints to print them and do a kickstarter campaign to pay for them (dfp is expensive and i dont keep that kind of cash laying around). I wonder who's kickstarter campaign will do better?

57 pages and no Degrassi? Pffft.

remember the early 90s, when a junkie kickstarter was a 3:30AM call from "that friend" on your landline begging for a ride?
