I haven't been on in a while due to losing a job. Which is weird that when I had less free time, I was on here at least daily and sometimes multiple times a day. I just popped on to see what's going on and saw this thread as well. May not always comment, but one of my favorite places on the internets.

I check in every day...haven't posted much at all. Gotta start replying to threads...I do check all the new arrivals all the time and still get inspired by the illustrations...I too miss this site as it was, but also am one that takes advantage of the other sites to promote and stuff...so I am kind of a cause for what I miss. We were so young...

so I never was that active, but I learned so much on these forums. Seeing a thread like this makes me sad,

Every couple of weeks I check out gp to see what new things people are making. I used to check out this site almost hourly. I met some cool people which eventually led to sxsw flatstock, taking a class at screwball, and even making a few posters myself.

Technology/methods have shifted, but for a time gp was doing some futuristic stuff ... do you remember when video chat was the big deal (virtual happy hours)? Endless inside jokes, mazn.
