Do you guys know about WW1/WW2 era dazzle camouflage on ships?

yep, we where going for the effect while limiting our colour pallet to those on the building , trying to blur the definition of the paper and of the building itself.

It's all screenprints baby. If you check the album on facebook , the last pic show a bunch of the prints having slid off due to 4 days straight of rain. The weather's gonna work on it until the wrecking ball finishes the job in the spring.

I looked, i saw some of the paper. did you have to go back and rehang? yuck. Was there Seripop artifacts all over the block?

We did some street banners years ago in Vancouver, and inserted 24" steel rods (redi rod) as weights in the bottom pocket.

Got a call to go check them out as they were all wrapped around the light poles after some nasty storms....none of the rods were in the banners.....I kept waiting for the call or the article in the newspaper that someone had been hit/stabbed.

covering the stairs in screen prints must have been an awesome time.

The stairs where fun compared to going under and above the intersection of live power lines. Andy - we are letting this one just rot over time. The gallery and building owner will toss out the sheets as they fall and we'll try to keep up with documenting the detirioration.
