Most of the people I like here I tend to "see" on Facebook.
Really, I only roll through here to delete spam and comment on new posters when they pile up 400 deep in my Google Reader.

I'm afraid the best days of the site have come and gone — interesting threads, playful banter, loads of humorous remarks, heavy artistic comment and debate among a wide range of personalities — no longer the rule here. I wish this wasn't the case. I used to depend on this site for the latest poster and non-poster news from all around the web. Now I guess facebook and other sites have replaced GP as the go-to online resource for just about everything.

This makes me sad. I miss the old GP.

Also, I don't believe the number of "Guests" lurking is true anymore, unless they're all spambots.
