Default Badass Gentlemen's Club poster, Kickstarter project

    Hey ALL,

I designed this poster as part of a self-promo to land myself a new gig out west (Go forth, young man!). I set up a kickstarter project for it so I can get it screenprinted by Grand Palace Silkscreen. 2 color, 19 x 25" on 110# bright white cover.

If you like, and I hope that you do, please follow to my kickstarter link and pick up a print or two.

    Thank you!

Dude, it's 2 colors. Do it yourself. It will cost a lot less than $700.

Thank you for your input. I appreciate the colorful (pun!) community.

And it doesn't cost you 700 dollars, but a mere 25 or 35 for one or two prints. Hopefully some folk might be interested.

just send this to D&L with a check for $230, tell em to double it up and run 50 sheets, and get 100 copies back. and call it done. youd only have to sell like ten copies to break even. presto. thats business math.

its a well designed poster whatever the case.

That is a good design. But this is a community largely of printers, and DIY'ers - tough crowd.

D&L would do a killer job, btw - and you can't beat that price.

    DenisMutter,

Thanks for the community insight. I print myself, but lack the knowledge of how to make prints larger than 12x18 as I make my transparencies by printing black on 20lbs copy paper. Since I am using this as part of a self-promo to land a new design gig, I wanted it to be professionally and avoid the mishaps I run into in my bedroom.

Thank you for the D&L recommendation, I will keep them in mind for future projects. In the mean time, if anyone is interested in a print, please pick one up from my kickstarter link. Great deal on 2 prints.

Is the shipping from WA to MA pretty negligible?

For whatever reason, I've been ignoring west coast print shops on the assumption that it'd be pricey

Why dont you print them first then sell them once they are done? Seems like the natural order of doing things. Agree w/ DenisMuter that this might not be the right target audience for funding your poster project, but good luck.
