Default Converting rgb to cmyk advice needed

when converting RGB to CMYK in CS4 that I've just installed I get this come up

I'm quite unsure about different colour profiles so any advice would be appreciated.
Which profile should I be using?

If it's for most print applications, like offset, you're fine with SWOP Coated 20 unless stated otherwise by your printer.

The default conversions is usually ok. I would not worry about it.

It depends on what medium you are printing on. Color varies between paper of course. If you are printing on certain kind of paper there are usually profile presets that you can download and install.
