Products with art - selling on line? Any tips?

What I mean - Something like Blurb.com, but then not with books, but with other products (t-shirts, buttons, whatever)... Anyone use these, anyone has experience.

So no etsy stuff, where you have to do shipping and stuff yourself. More the option of placing your work on a t-shirt (or a tea-cup or whatever) and telling people to go and order it there. Without having to go through selection procedures (like with Threadless).

And - are they worth it? If they exist.

i think you're thinking of zazzle.com. i put some stuff up there and made like $30. not really worth it.

That's some neat stuff you've got up there at any rate. How long have you been using it and how do you like it so far?

Cheers. Set it up (still setting it up, actually) only days ago... though signed up last somewhere last year... So hard to say what it will be like... Got good hopes for it though, not expecting it to make me rich, but any sale will make me happy and there are already friends interested in iPhone-cases.

I find having my own site and interactions with customers through email and shipping is crazy important to building relationships and increasing sales. But hey, that's me.

You got a point, but the producing of products (other than prints) can be pretty tough... this society6 makes it possible to sell your art on an iPhone case and more, without you losing copyright. Profits are small, but anything is welcome I'd say, especially on work that you'd not any other way anyway...
