Default Grushkin's new book DEAD LETTERS out Oct 1st

OK I know the vast majority of the artists on Gigposters ain't into the good ol' Grateful Dead. With that said, my new book (my 7th) focuses on the ten million (yes, ten million) Dead Head-decorated envelopes received by the GD's mail order program between 1983 and the present day. The title is DEAD LETTERS.

The artwork is INCREDIBLE. No other rock band in history encouraged its fan base to freely re-interpret every icon, every song, every aspect of the band's culture in artwork. The forum was the #10 envelope. 15,000 of these decorated envelopes reside in the band's archives at UC Santa Cruz.

The book is at Dead.net, Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, and most inde booksellers. The publisher is Voyageur Press, which previously produced my ROCKIN' DOWN THE HIGHWAY.

If you want to check out the book's Facebook page, here's the link: Dead Letters | Facebook

Buyers beware: the foreword is by the loquacious Bill Walton.

Those who can get past all the impediments, ENJOY!! All best to ya's, Paul

Sup Paul... congrats on yet another book.

    Any news on Marin Rocks?

Nothing new on Marin Rocks. The Board failed to fundraise adequately--very disappointing. Appreciate the congrats on DEAD LETTERS; for those Dead Heads among us (or who have sisters or brothers who are), this book ROCKS.
