What's the best book to teach how to screen print?

Hello,
I remember different artist suggesting different books over the years that show how to start screen printing from the ground up. Can anyone suggest the best book(s) that can show me the basics of setting up my own screens and press, picking inks, paper, etc.? I would really appriciate it. Also, is their another forum where these kind of questions are more appropriate?
