Digipack templates help

Hey there GEEPEE.
I'm doing the cover for a "Best of" album for Quarashi and I can't find a template for a 3 disc digipack with a slip for a booklet. Anyone have any idea where I could find one or is it hard to customize a template? I don't have much time to finish this, have to be ready by the end of the week so I wanted something that I could simply place the artwork in to.
Any tips would be helpful.
