VistaPrint does a good job, but for fancy stuff you should look around locally.

Make sure that they edge your cards with 24k gold. Anything less than that and people will laugh at you behind your back.

Yeah Justin, I've used uprinting and they do a great job. Someone posted here probably about 2 years ago with a deal where you order as many as you want in whatever shape size color and you just pay shipping... I've got a 989 cards left over from my order of 1k.
