I think that it partially depends on your own use of Dribbble, in that the more you post, the more likely that you are to get invites, but that it also really depends your 'draftees' posting stuff too. They seem to dislike dead accounts. Which, I can appreciate.
In the 11 months that I've been there, I've only been given 3 invites.
