Minneapolis – Where to eat?

Thinking about heading down to Minneapolis for the weekend on Friday. Wondering if the locals would care to share some of your favourites. We're open to anything, really... hole-in-the-wall to fancy and any cuisine. We'll have a car so getting around to different areas shouldn't be too big of a problem. What say yeez?

My two favorite dining experiences were Matt's Bar--Home of the Juicy Lucy, and Manny's Steakhouse. Opposite ends of the price spectrum, pretty close on the carnivorous spectrum. Both were recommended by Dan Ibarra. He knows how to pick them.
