They were the surprise replacement act when DEVO had to back out of FunFunFun Fest last November. Seems like I recall reading that it was their first show in like 10 years. Pretty awesome, the stage was right next to the artist village. I never thought i''d see "Silly Girl" performed live.

i know this is going to make me sound like more of a dork than usual, but after the walk back down the aisle at our wedding we had "silly girl" playing. our rings say "silly boy" and "silly girl" on the inside.

i don't know if you saw this in the music videos thread, but the night before the descendents played in vegas a couple weeks ago, ALL played. i always wanted to see a tag-team show with milo and chad going back and forth between ALL and descendents songs. this would have been close...

Sounds like you got a better show then us in London did. Glad I didn't pay an arm and a leg in the end - cancelled the second night and Milo's voice blew within three songs on the first. It became a karaoke set after that.

I was there last night too! They were great! I took a ton of photos and Milo is in the exact same stance in every one of them. Ha!
Three separate fights broke out directly behind me in a span of 6 songs.

That Fun Fun Fun Fest show was so last minute that they didn't even rehearse. Bill had been super sick and recovering from some serious stuff so they played with no rehearsals just so he could show he could get back on stage. They were fucking amazing. I know exactly what Springer is talking about.
