Where are the Premium threads?

I just upgraded to premium so that I could get some blueprints and instructions for building my own exposure unit.

Where are the "premium threads?" In many of the threads about exposure units, as soon as someone asks 'how' - the answer is Go Premium...

Ok thanks guys. The premium section is labeled: Discounts, Opportunities, and Suggestions. I'm finding some instructions in Discounts...which is not where I'd expect that to be.
