my mom has a bet with many friends - set up about a year ago - that he would be the next rep candidate. i think she is about to win a few bucks.

i have a feeling he is being heavily wooed because the pickins are so slim. but i think he would have a better chance if he waited until 2016.
so i hope they convince him to run this year. he will most likely lose against obama, then be ruined for 2016.

I don't think any salacious rumors will appear (sex, drugs or rock and roll). Homeboy is pretty squeaky clean. If anything, the rumors will be business deals and associations, but people don't really care about that. Well, most Republicans don't, they all like money.


Also, he has just invited all 49 other Governors to Houston for a prayer service for the USA. I mean, I'm a Christian, but this guy is cuckoo.

I can think of a million examples of why Perry is a putz, and a terrible choice for leadership. He's terrible for Texas, as was Bush - but the voting public bought it hook, line & sinker in both cases. That's the scary part. The masses only take things at face value, and he's very sellable. Dumbass Texans will vote for him simply because he's a Texan, and we evidently like having Texans in the White House...even the shitty ones.
