Default Making a setup box, what tape should I use?

I am going to be making some setup box prototypes and am having some trouble figuring out what tape to buy to hold the corners together. It needs to have incredibly strong contact in order to hold the chipboard together. I read that some manufacturing processes use a heat-sensitive tape, but that's out of my league at the moment. I read that you use something called stay tape, but my results have mostly turned up fabric tape. Any suggestions? I'm guessing it has to be non-acidic.

They usually have machines make these things, but I'm up for the challenge. I'm making a box that holds 10 7"s. Should be really exciting!

like you want some double-sided tape to hold the flaps in or something?

A setup box is like something the iPod Touch (first gen) or iPhone comes in. Very high durability, thick paperboard. It has a thinner paper shell that wraps around it so you don't see the board underneath—kind of like a tip-on for a gatefold record.

This website actually has a really great page on how to make them and what it takes to make them: Set-Up Boxes Manufactured by Brimar Packaging

Ahhh.... gotcha. Basically a paper over board box.

Easiest way to do it would be get some pre-made boxes and re-wrap them. You can get them cheaaaaaaaap and would save you a ton of headaches. Trust me, had to do it for work. Unless you have access to a flat bed cutter and know a bunch of CAD stuff...
