Well, after trying to do the Postersandtoys / OMGPosters thing from home for a few years, I decided to take advantage of the DIRT CHEAP rent in Iowa and get an office. Here's the space, about 700sq ft.
Main room is desk area and toy shelves.     Second room is poster storage / packing:   Third Room is just storage:
