first time posting something on here, so i know i should be anticipating a reaming from some witty chap eventually. but anyhow, i just wanted to share this here drawing, which was originally suppose to act as a gig-poster, but it seems that it's final resting place may only be the cutting room floor. her new album is slick, though.

I've been out of the shop for a while (hoping to get back in either today or later this week), so I've been working on some pen drawings of made-up birds. The first will stay in pen, but the last two will be turned into prints sometime in the near future...

I reworked these guys a bit. Made the wings a bit beefier and now the tail turns into a stake so I can stick them in the ground.Also added the stripe.

Hand cut wood.

I like the drawing of the lady- pretty solid. My only question, why did you cut her head off? I was taught in my figure drawing classes that you never want to crop at the neck or joints because it a) looks weird 2) is offensive 3) looks like you tried to avoid the spot. I believe in your drawing abilities. Draw a face in there or crop differently.
