    Cool thanks, I'll check them out.

    I wanted to try acrylics because I've heard they're good for thick, bold opaque stuff, but my cheap ones were really watery and transparent. They were more like watercolours!

    That'll teach me to be cheap I suppose

    hmmm that's strange, acrylic is opaque... Try others brand !

    My favorite brands of acrylics are

    Lascaux, Daler Rowney (System 3) Liquitex, Golden and Tri Art.

    Tri Art is a canadian brand and pretty good stuff for their price.

    Yeah I bought really, really cheap ones just to get an idea of what acrylics looked like. The idea was I'd buy expensive ones if I liked them. I don't think I got a good idea of what they're really like though!

    second try... the arm has a problem and scanning a watercolour is really hard :
