I swear, and no reflection on you or anyone but really what is wrong with the world where people think every solution comes out of a standard jar, tube, box or roll? Seriously, you guys knock what a trace is, then never heard of a master trace because obviously art schools must suck major donkey dick over the last 20 years.

Yes, a blender, water, alcohol, 3M pigment and a fucking $20 blender. You want thicker ink or paint, add ground slate or caulk.

    The Blender!

I'm sure Chanks will have a great response, but in the mean time... get off your horse dude.

sorry in advance for the crappy cell photos (i'll take nice ones when its 100% done)

this has consumed a good chunk of my time lately.

6' tall x 4' wide Pecan and Walnut bookcase. the entire thing just slots together so all the verticals are single pieces from top to bottom and the all the shelves are also solid pieces with slots cuts into them. no fasteners besides on the 4 corners to hold on the sides.

these are shots of my first test assembly so i could find any errors. still needs a little sanding and 3 more feet to stand on.

    enough talk

the second shot is to show the slanted geometry. its bottom left corner is 18" deep; top right is 6". so that photo is looking at it upside down.

That bookshelf is going to be a great piece.

Any ideas on how you'll finish it?

probably just oil it as all the joints are so tight that any additional thickness will make them not work.
