I lurx the crap outta this thread, but hardly post in it. Not sure which of these I've posted, so I just put together the art I showed in my last show a few months ago. FB friends have seen these. (probably too much)

Wait... blender? 2 Hours? Really? and where do you find out such things?

Most acrylics needed 3 coats and left visible brush marks. Most latex acrylics, the same, 3-5 coats. That's why I just mixed some 3M pigment in a blender for 2 hours with styrate, water and some ammonia and a latex additive for adhesion. It dried fast, dried well with enough time for correction but didn't pile.
