This one (and most of my stuff) was done with a fine point Sharpie and the Pentel pocket brush pen. Then I inverted it on a photocopier and used the sharpie to reestablish some highlights, and inverted it back. I like to photocopy drawings for shirt artwork so I have a nice high contrast image to scan and send to the client.
