You are asking the wrong guy, my set up is terrible and most of my brushes are dead with dried up oils.

Right now my palette is a cheap glass frame. Mixing on glass was suggested on here by a couple of people, Chanks beeing one of them.
I clean my brushes with dish soap except when they started to dry up I clean them with some stuff called "The masters Brush Cleaner and Preserver". Works pretty good.

I should probably take better care of my stuff.

I treat my tools like Sean Connery treats women. Use them, abuse them, when they are all beat up get a new one.
