It's sculpted. I used Apoxie Clay--http://www.avesstudio.com/Products/A...oxie_clay.html

It's great stuff. Very easy to work with. A lot like sculpey, but doesn't need to be baked and won't sag the way sculpey tends to. Its also sandable and paintable. It's more expensive than sculpey, but definately worth it.

Hopefully Mike will be interested in mass producing it. If not, I'll start looking for someone who might be.
