i think that the driver is a little unstable, but after deleting a bunch of fonts, it seemed to do the trick.

which is weird because i didn't have a TON installed, but that's the only real difference i had made in a few days, so i got rid of them and then my reaction from the tablet to illustrator was smooth again. very weird.

this is what i was working on while i was bitching about it.

i'll have to check out those sketches.
