thanks,.. I kind of had to stay with the sprocket, I told them I would use it. It was there idea. Maybe I'll play with it later tonight and show them both

you could still work the sprocket behind it and not lose the idea.

...or have the letters cut out of the sprocket (instead of stacking them on top of the cutouts).
