I put my easel in that corner so that when I wake up in the morning I can roll over, look out the bedroom door directly into the studio and see what I'm working on. The studio is my favorite room in my apartment.

A couple pics from when I first moved in. I've got a work table in there now under the windows for sculpture/toy stuff.

it actually looks a million times better with the text (which blocks out the weird areas on the top and bottom.) as a completed piece, its my favorite thing ive done. it started out as the man in the middle of an aisle on a plane...screaming up to "something" as its going down... at one point there were oxygen masks coming down all over...but it got really crowded and overly literal... i kind of liked leaving it open to interpretation.

ill post the "actual" piece later this week- even though its rejected, the show info is not for public consumption yet.

i really hope i can use this for something in the future...i think its going to be hell to print though.

i haven't done any work in a few months so i busted out some scientific images and my paints and got down to business.
