thanks...if only i can one day get them built...the idea is the brown area the house is on would be water washing over concrete...and the concrete would double as water retention ...thats the idea anyway.

the idea for the house (400 sq ft.) is just steel and glass with hanging cladding of whatever material you want...you could customize it ...thanks for the words.
