New - Site Moderators

Hi Everyone,

Well - I have survived running the site for over 7 years now without any help, but as the site gets busier and I get busier - I realize I can be on here 24/7 to watch over the forums.

So - I have decided to give some users moderation abilities to help me out.

Basically - the moderators will have the ability to make threads go away with a click. (spam, threads or posts breaking the terms of use of the site etc.) Obviously - abuse of these privileges will not be tolerated etc.

The moderators are being chosen by me based on trust, activity on the site (people who visit daily and spend lots of time here) .. and people who are on when I'm NOT on etc.

This isn't some sort of 'promotion' or anything. I don't want people to feel like they aren't 'special' or anything if you aren't a moderator. I just need a handful of people who want to help me out!

Anyways... hopefully, this will help me out and give me more time to concentrate on improving the site instead of dealing with the little things.

I will be adding more people soon .. so far, I've got Standard and El Negro (both have helped me countless times notifying me of spam and other issues - which I truly appreciate).

I'm still playing with that. The yellow looked bad.

But, yes - I'm trying to find a nice way to show that.
