Upgrade / Downtime Scheduled for March 30th

Hey All,

I just thought I'd let you GP people know about this as well... I will be performing another upgrade on Sunday night.

Upgrade to MySQL 4.0.12-0
-------------------------

This upgrade provides database caching which will make all sites using a MySQL database run much faster, and reduce load on the server.

I estimate the downtime will be between 15 minutes to 1 hour (at worst case).

I am bout to install Minux PPq.98 on my rebvrbrating flinarator. Should increase my flarb rate to 789 x 4 T per ns.

789 x 4??? Are you nuts!??!?! You will surely blow your scrabulator! We're talking major fire hazard. I suggest 540 x 3 MAX. Anything over that will just cause you grief!

it's cool. I scored a Finnish flarbulator. that fucker is military grade.

actually...Sharon is going crazy setting up some network at the house..2 macs, 3 HDTV screens, a PC and some sort of deal where you can watch cable on the hdtv....and supposedly wireless?. Routers, switches,printers..it's loopy. but supposedly once it's set up world dominance is right around the corner.
