Easy Serch - please read! (now customizable)

Hey Folks,

I just launched a new site, and wanted to let you all know about it.

Do you use Google? Well .. my new site is a search engine .. that uses Google. There is no difference in the search results because it is Google.

Why would you want to use my new search engine instead of Google itself? Well .. because it benefits me, and if you love this site etc etc ... you know the drill.

Anyways, its not much prettier than Google (the search results appear the same etc) .. but I did add some news to the front page. I'm not sure if it will stay exactly like that .. so I'm open to suggestions. Please let me know what you would like to see.

But for now .. its live, and working .. and I wanted to let you guys know about it.

OK .. so the site URL is:

(yes - I know its spelled wrong - I kinda like it)

There are 3 ways that you can use Easy Serch! :

#1: Make http://www.easyserch.com your homepage

#2: If you would rather have Gigposters.com as your homepage, look no further! I have added Easy Serch to the top right of this site .. just select it from the list, and search away. It is also integrated into the forum search.

#3: Users of the new IE7 and Firefox 2 can set Easy Serch as the default search provider with a click of a button! Just go to http://www.easyserch.com .. and at the top right, click the button. Check the box that says "Make it my default" .. and you are off to the races!

*Option #3 is by far the best. For those of you who want your homepage set to something completely different, this still works! By making Easy Serch your default search provider, there is a built in search bar in both IE7 and Firefox 2. Works like a charm*

PC users: Upgrade to IE7 here

PC and Mac: Upgrade to Firefox 2 here

Premiership scores, Huddersfield Town scores, Local Weather, as well as general EU and World news. That would be banging.

Thats what I was thinking too. Customizable .. people can add RSS feeds and get the news they want. I can do that .. if thats what people want.

Get someone like...Aesthetic Apparatus...to make you a good one. I'm not being a smartass. I'm serious. It doesn't look pro at all and if you want people other than us to take you seriously, get a good logo.
