I Cant Post Comments on the New Submitted Posters...

Is it just me?
I trid to post a comment on one of the new submitted posters and it wont work.

It doesnt work on NETSCAPE. I tried it on both. It works on IE, but not NETSCAPE: the pop-up window to record your comments in doesnt come up.

What version of netscape are you using? I have tried it on 4.7 and 6. Works on both for me!

I was able to post comments on some and not on others.
