Futurism has been a great important movement.
Together with the russian movement in the first decade of the last century it's been really important for future avantgarde in Europe.
Have You ever seen the sculptures and paintings of Boccioni and the incredible architectural projects of Sant'Elia?
They've broken the borders with the art of the period, they'd got an attitude rally "rude" to make people think. And lots of people think they've been the "beginners" of fascism. But they were only artists, they were in a strange way crazy people, they were for the war, the noise of the airplanes, the rumors of the bombs, they were really a "fist" for the period.
And they've got a great influence in "printing", try to find out some of their "manifesto", they're really interesting.
Ok.
I'm boring You all? Sorry. It's great to know we've exported art apart Mafia and spaghetti and mandolino... and Ramazzotti, of course.
