see, in record collecting, it just goes by color for the most part. There is a pressing plant where you can get super cheap records if you use the left over vinyl. So someone will press a record and get 245 copies back, but there might be /8 light blue, /24 dark blue, /27 midnight blue, until you fill up all /250. They're all first press, but multiple variants and numbered. I haven't looked into numbering for posters yet, but just sayin' that's how we do it when records get pressed.
