Well...if you have big enough screens and a lot of patience you could use wing platens.They're basically GIANT platens that allow you to print the whole side of a shirt. The problem is that you have to stop and clean the platen after each color and the back and fronts might not necessarily line up depending on your design.

Otherwise...you need a belt printer and good luck with that. Most places that have them won't even touch small jobs or charge you a zillion dollars per shirt if they will take your job.
