Default Frank Process Thread

So some of you may have caught that I'm opening a restaurant. I've been snapping a handful of pics from when we took ownership of the space through the start of the demo and build out. I'll keep posting pics as stuff happens. It's a shit ton of work to get something like this off the ground. The place we are renovating was called Starlite. My place is called Frank. It's all hot dogs and gourmet sausages. No hamburgers or sandwiches or any of that shit. Just hot dogs and sausages. Full bar till 2am. Coffee/smoke shop for the AM crowd. Lunch and dinner. With a boutique deli/grocery store. We have a level four sommelier doing our wine. For $5 you can get a dog and a PBR tall boy or for the foodies something like an Antelope sausage paired with a glass of vino.

5000 sq. ft. 4th and Colorado. For those of you who have been to Flatstock it's half a mile or a 5 min walk from the convention center.

So first up what it looked like when we got it. Exterior pics first and then some interior stuff.
