See if you can get a copy of the "Joker's Arkham" mini that came out a couple of weeks ago featuring The Penguin, who has never been one of my favorite characters - Tim Burton's imagining being the exception.
After the first time reading it (I've read it twice since) I thought to myself; "Yeah. I get this guy now."
This week's "Joker's Arkham" featured Two-Face, and it was a fukkin' heartbreaker!
