Poster Atrocities
I went by one of the local places where I have posters on consignment to check on what was happening with them. I was looking around the shop when I spotted one of my posters on the wall, but there was something odd about it.
When I got closer, I saw that they had mounted it to a piece of beveled wood. I guess that's drymounting? Anyway, it looked like one of those "Hang in There!" posters you can get at Wal*Mart. It was all shiny on the surface. They were charging double for the mounted posters.
I collected the rest of my posters that they still had and the money they owed me for that drymounted piece of crap. Way to ruin a perfectly good poster!
Does anyone else have a story about unexpected ways people have ruined your work?
