I put in an order over week ago, the place is about 200 hundred miles from me. With ups ground i should have it in 2 days max. After the 5th day i call and they hadnt even shipped it yet. She apologizes and says i'll have it the next day. Here we are 2 days later and it hasnt shipped yet, apparently one of the items was not even in stock and they are still waiting on it. What ever happened to a courtesy call explaining the situation? I've been sitting around for a week with my thumbs up my ass waiting to do some prints for a client.
Any one ever have this type of service from them? </rant>
