Is all the art in and everybody paid up yet on this?
2 cents: if the paper is the thing making the cost go up, and ultimately holding it up, change it and run something similar like what Billy's printer is saying. Basically see what can be done for the price you want to hit. (Sorry if I'm repeating something that's already been said, haven't read everything).
