They take medium format film. You can get a 35mm film adaptor for the Holga from the Lomography site (I think there's a polaroid adaptor too).
Ringflash was customized for this set (not sure if you can make it out in the picture) with the band's motto and a red LED on top to replace the usual green LED.
The Diana+ book that comes with the MEG kit has a red linen hardcover that looks great in person.
When I got mine in the mail, I flipped looking through it all in the plastic flesh.
