there is a neighborhood guy who sells pirated dvd's. He also sells thongs and other items out of a duffel bag. My friend bought 2 of his bootlegs, one was in black and white and the "Borat" bootleg had the subtitles cut off.
It is hard to believe that bootleggers don't take more pride in there dvd quality.
