...for anything print. We ordered cards (plastic ones) from them in september or so, and now we're in March and we don't have them yet.

1st run: I had to change the phone # on the card, they wouldn't change the original file so I had to pay for another batch just so they can update the number.

2nd run: They still used the original number, so I had to ship back the cards to them (at MY cost) and pay AGAIN for a new run, because apparently I never sent the new, good, file. (which I did. they lied to get more $)

3rd run: I finally get the cards (after they declared the value of the package to 150.00 so I had to pay huge customs fees), and sweet they didn't print it correctly, somehow part of our logo went from "fill color" to "empty color with an ugly line around it".

So I complain again and they say their printers can't fix it and they don't know what to do. (???????????) They of course don't want me to send them a flatten file so their moron printers don't fuck it up again. So basically they're fucking with me and don't want to do the right thing for me. They say they keep trying to print it but it turns out wrong everytime. It's an ILLUSTRATOR file and I print it just fine on my 100 dollar printer at home.

They have the worse, most arrogant, service ever. Do NOT use them, or risk having the same issues we've had. We've had ad packages ready to go for months but those fuckers have delayed us for MONTHS.
