american frame is by far the most user friendly and they do a great job packaging everything up. i only wish they had a slightly larger selection of mattes. another pointer is to contact Bainbridge (the brand they carry) and ask for samples of their mattes. I say this because the color you see on the cpu monitor is never the same as it is in real life. I called up their customer service and they sent me 5 folders worth of sample pages with little swatches of the mattes.
