Originally I was going to make it look like he was rusted, laying down on the ground and his hand outstretched toward an oil can, but was having difficulty making the composition work, especially since I had about a day to draw and lay out everything. Maybe next time. BTW these guys rocked at Hell City despite it being the new singer's first performance in front of an audience. Check out their music.
It reminds me of the Iron Giant as much as it does the Tin Man. Loved that movie Very cool poster. A rare poster that makes you feel sympathetic for the subject.
